Ruth is from Brittania.  They migrated to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, US, Ireland....

I can be just Miss Emma Ruth.  The most famous Ruth we all know about is Babe Ruth.

Interestingly enough, Rachel should be around in the Magnolia Belles production.
